In conclusion, I have found that the OPTX or fake blue tinted "xenon" bulbs are shitty at providing good illumination. Yeah they might be white, but you won't be able to see the ground. Whoever has those, do yourself a favor and put your oem ones back in. Or buy Silverstars or PIAA Xtreme's. The PIAA's are a little brighter and whiter than the Silverstars but IMO are not worth the extra money.

AGP DBB 50 trim + all the good stuff. Basic street tune, needs some dyno time now.
Best Time: 7.92 @ 88 MPH (stock turbo and slicks)
Best Time with 50 Trim:
8.54 @ 91 MPH (2.2 60') (19 PSI) (Street Tires)
Plenty of room for improvement!

the HID's put a lot of light on the ground, good point about cheaper "white" coloured bulbs, they may look nice and white but you get very little light on the ground.

Wow... Great comparison thread. If I had the money, I'd be sold on buying an HID kit! Replacement bulbs just don't even come close to matching up!

NIce job with the comparison pics... I have silverstars, for the price i found that there great.. I would go hid's but i don't know if i wanna give up my high beams...

With HID's, You don't need a high beam. I LOVE mine.
