Default PIAA vs. Silverstar

I was curious as to what might be the difference (if any) between silverstars and PIAA's might be? both say they'll produce 4000K temp light but is one brighter than the other? if not I'll just get silverstars cause they're cheaper. has anyone had experience with both?

PIAA's > Silverstar

My wife has a set of the Silverstar Headlights in her 2003... I have PIAA's in my 2004.

The PIAA's are a much whiter and clearer light.
The Silverstars hold there own on the money part.

You can tell a huge difference between the two.

got another quick question again. what are some good foglight bulbs that'll go along nicely with my PIAA Headlights? I dont want my headlights to be this nice white clear color and my fogs to remain the ugly yellow halogen color. the two just dont work well together IMO. thanx in advance
