for all other retro fitters here. i have put together a general how to i wanted to ask if it was ok to post it. i figured i'd make one just for the simple fact that when others are reading our conversations they're probably wondering what the hell we're talk about. so, it should probably clarify things. that, and i'm sure the are others like us who like to make things themselves. if anyone has an issues with this let me know
Obviously I'm not one of the retro fitting gods, but I don't see why it would be a problem. Some people want to do their mods themselves and others want to pay someone to do it so I say go for it

Retro's aren't secret voodoo magic stuff so there's nothing to hide. Even with a How-to it's still crazy time consuming. Certain steps can still be quite tricky/ difficult. There's already other how-to's floating around out there... another doesn't bother me.

i say do it, their are a bunch of guys willing to pay someone to do it, and the their are people like m, who want to learn to do things by doing it myself
Post away mang!!! It's always been my opinion that there's a small market for retrofitting. I think with a solid how-to and the added DIY'ers we'll get more ideas posted up.
yea and the ones that pay someone to do a retrofit for them will get a look at what it takes. maybe understand why it takes as long as it does and costs what it cost. Its not easy thats why retrofits get so many props.
