which one is right? projector beam

so aiming my projectors to drop down 2 inches at 25ft from the wall....

which one of these is how my cutoff's should look, ive herd both before...

please any input.... both make sence to me but want to know which you guys use most..... view would be from inside car looking at a wall

you dont have to have them pushed together, see what you like/gives you the best light on the road. just make sure they are aimed correctly cause it annoying when people have hids and dont aim them lol.

so the correct drop on the cutoff is 2.1-2.5'' on the wall from 25ft away?
