What is the amperage draw of a pair of 37.5 watt Halogen foglights ? Do you know ?

Assuming consistent wattage output:

6.25A @ 12V

5.43A @ 13.8V

5.21A @ 14.4V

Assuming constant draw of 6.25A:

75W @ 12V

86.25W @ 13.8V

90W @ 14.4V

SRT-4Store.com is correct with those assumptions.
I would say check with the manufacturer for any information on initial inrush current. This way you would know the maximum they would ever draw. Depeding upon the bulb type there could be significant differences between initial and steady state current values.
