Default Noob question

I just got my black housing headlights put in but they are aimed almost straight at the ground. Is there any way to aim them upward? If so I looked but couldn't find a how-to or anything relating to aiming. So please no flaming comments telling me to search, thanks.

Hood = frozen shut

But if I remember correctly there is an adjustment screw in the back of the light, I would assume that the black housings are adjusted in a similar fashion
