No turn signals or hazard lights?

i have a 04 srt4 and on the way home i noticed the driver rear turn signal wasnt working. so i replaced the bulb with a pair of led bulbs that were laying around the house ( made sure they were the same part number for the taillights ) and when i went to make sure they worked the lights came on for about a second and that was it. replaced the factory bulbs in there and still no turn signals or hazard lights. anyone else think its a fuse or could it be the flasher relay? thanx in advance

check the fuses and relays.

yea i checked it this morning. and i did pop a fuse lol.
