New modern performance black housing projectors with HIDs

Hey i am looking at ordering these headlights this Friday and i want to put in HIDs, looking at a 6000k vvme kit. I am making sure i have everything correct.

With these headlights: Depo Projector BLACK Headlights 03-05 Neon - Lights & Bulbs

I need an h7 hid kit from vvme and a 9007 relay harness off of ebay, will i be good?

Also what bulb is the fog light (trying to get a hid kit for them) and do i also need a relay harness for them or no?

If you find out or otherwise confirm for sure from another person who would know for 100% sure, I have these that I bought with the intention of using with a stock headlamp setup but have changed my mind so I will not be needing them.
