Default Need wiring help

I'm hooking up some neon lights, and I want to power them w/o connecting them directly to the battery. Is there an alternative that'll also keep the wires hidden from view? If anyone has done this type of work before, shoot me a PM. Thanks

fuse panel, u can get a fuse tap that will add extra wattage from autozone for like 5-8 bux then use the wire that comes outta that. decide if u want them only on when car is on or at any time, if anytime then use a constant hot lead from the fuse if not use an only hot when in on lead. id also go with a relay just incase. hit me up on aim if u need more info.
