Thumbs up My LS430 headlights (non-SRT)

Figured I'd show you guys what I've been working on since yesterday. I'm busting my ass trying to get these done for my Highlander because I'll need it put back together by tonight for work on Monday .

The subject....super wide performing projectors. The best you can get in single xenon!!!

My car all torn down . Grrr my HL looks hungry

Had to do alot of trimming and fitting to get these suckers in there and to look oem for the most part....

Took my housing all apart (it sperates into 3 pieces bottom trim, turn signal, and rear cavity) and thoroughly cleaned it from all the dust and junk.....

Here is some test beam shots. I've noticed that the LS430 beam pattern sort of slopes to each side and then straightens out again on the far right side where the reflector picks the beam back up. Crazy how that little reflector does soo much for width heh. These pics don't do these things justice!

Got the polycarb lens on. It was CLOSE but it clears by maybe 1/16" LOL. I checked for aiming and it doesn't hit .

Now for some shots of the lights on! No camera flash. Low beams on.....

Camera flash on. Just lows...

Stock 65w halogen high beams on with lows. No camera flash....

Thanks man. Yeah I know for a fact I'll be the only one with LS430s in there. Possibly the only Highlander period with a retro as I've searched all over the net and doesn't seem like anyone has done one yet.

Night shot time!!

Damn these things are insane wide and intense!!

These are also very old mismatched colorshifted Philips 4300k bulbs. I will be running brand new 85122+ so expect output to be even better!

Check this out!!!

Thanks foir the props!

I can't take night shots of yours since I no longer have a neon to mount the headlights in. Unless of course you just wanted me to point them at the road hand held

Why didn't you use the TL+ZKW set you had? Too big?

Those would of actually been smaller and probably easier to fit in there. I wanted something different and also have been a huge fan of the LS430 projector for its intensity and super width performance. The TL/ZKWs are wiiiide for bi-xenon but the LS430 owns them. However I can't seem to bring myself to sell my TL/ZKWs. Probably will go into my wifes next car replacment...
