Alot of them leak from the factory. They don't do a very good job of spreading the sealant evenly or the proper thickness (about 3/8th an inch). This causes then to leak.

See this thread for idea's on how to fix it.

well thats what im wandering is it problems with the lens itself not being sealed right or the seals around the turn signal and headlight bulbs usually? i never see any actual water in the lamp, just condensation. also what are all the lil caps along the back of the lamp for? they just pop right off and you can see right inside the lamp, can i just seal all these up or are they there for some type of ventilation or something....?

All headlights/ taillights are vented to allow equalization of air temps preventing excessive condensation. Some minnor condensation is normal on all headlights, if it's pretty bad then you probably have a leak as well.

Remove the headlight. Remove all the bulbs. Use a hair dryer to dry our all the extra mounture inside. Re-install the bulbs & make sure they are seated & all gaskets are in place. If you still have condensation issue then you have a leak around the lens. Repeat steps except use silicone sealant around the outside edge. Allow to dry 12-24hours before re-installing & using.
