Hi Guys,

We are hoping to launch before the end of the year, or Q1 06 at the latest. Lights are in the process of certification to DOT. Once the testing is done, we will start making the lights!

The yellow lights are Morettes, just painted. They look amazing in person.

The silver car had the normal morettes on the driver side. On the passenger side, we had clear plastic replacing the black. It was way cool. A blue "neon" light was making the light glow…

Clear not for sale.... But we are trying to figure out how to bring it to market if it looks like enough people want them.

NOTE TO VENDORS:

PLEASE, PLEASE! Offer a pre-painted thing on these lights. Using Dodge paint codes and paints for all factory colors of the SRT-4. I for one would much rather have mine match my paint code (black) than just the plain plastic look. I'm sure there are many of us that would compensate sellers for the time and paint to do this.

Anyone else like this idea?

ALSO:
Has anyone thought about a group buy for the launch of these lights? Maybe a vendor start arranging stuff with Morette so that us "real" SRT enthusiasts get the first chance at these? I was a driving force in the last headlight group buy .. but it failed miserably. I'd be willing to help anyway that I can to redeem myself with all of these SRT fans that got hurt in the last one.

It would be VERY easy for vendors to get them painted since the outer covering comes off in order for it to be painted.
I liked the trick with the clear plastic as a show model. What would be evil is to get the outer covering painted chrome and blind the crap out of everyone in front of you at night.
