Default The moment we've all been waiting for!!! ***pics!!!***

And here they are.... it was a bitch taking pics at night, but I got some that came out very nicely.

Anyway, here's what I used:

7 Superstar Superwhite #194 LED (6 for gauge cluster, 1 for boost gauge)

3 Superwhite Forward facing #74 LED (HVAC)

Here's the pics...

The top two bulbs on the HVAC are the WHITE LED's... the bottom left LED is BLUE because I accidentally broke my third white LED.

**NOTE** for some reason, taking apart the BLUE #74 LED's is REALLY EASY... but to get the WHITE ones apart.. you have to use pliers to crack the base they sit in.. then wiggle them out (be careful though, that's how i broke one of mine... ah well)

Anyway.... there they are... let me know what ya think...

Finally a real solution to the blue dash! I am definatley doing this to mine. I still have all of the LED's from the original group buy (still in the box they were sent in ) I will not need them now!

After seeing how well your HVAC went I may have to go that route to match. Looks great.

Damn canucks and your KM/H gauges
Seriously though, where'd you source those bulbs from?

The Dash lights look to much like aquamarine to me, not blue enough. I'll stick with my REAL Blue. They do look really nice in the HVAC though, very bright

I was thinking the same. Just a tad too greenish/aqua for me. Reminds me of indiglo guages but with a stock look. I think I'm going to do the HVAC in superwhite and add one superwhite to the redline on my gauges. The boost gauge is getting replaced with something that actually works so I'll have to see what bulbs the new gauge takes.

Adding a superwhite to get the redline would be interesting to see... The perfect setup for me would be the darker blue with the redline, however if that can't be done easily with a stock look like what is posted above- then I could definately live with all superwhites.

I wish I had the guts to do that... people say it's easy but I'm sure I'll just break my dash if I try
