Default Modern halo projectors vs. stock

I got some pics of the Modern Performance halo projectors when I had just one installed next to the stock headlight. I think the light output is just fine, they look great too. Here they are side by side, with a couple shots of the halo rings at night too.

Oh I got a couple good shots here too, first shot I squatted in front of the projector headlight to block its output, so you can see just one stock lamps output, and in the second shot I did the same to the stock headlight, so you can see just the projectors output.

The more I see these, the more I like them. Not too much into the visual mods but I might have to pick up a set of these next spring.

Uhm, I can see the grass there, and the fence behind it, but there's not actually a person standing there so I wouldn't expect the light to be reflecting visibly at that point in space... if someone were actually standing there you can see quite easily that they'd be very visible. Do you think grass and dirt are supposed to reflect light as well as asphalt?

I know some of you guys have a thing for the high-end projector kits and love to rag on the inexpensive lenses, and yes they have some hotspots and they're not perfect, but the light output from these is absolutely better than stock.

When ur doing 80miles an hr and u have output like this .
new projectors with hid below:

stock below with hid :

They are NOT much better then stock. U get a narrow spotted beam, while stock is spread out more evenly.

Im not hatin. Its a different beam pattern that really is not much better than stock.you are comparing a narrow focus beam to a wider spread one. Some ppl actually may buy them thinking its an upgrade but its really not. This thread is very informative, just adding more info.
