the ballasts are really nice but the capsules (bulbs) are crappy. also, his customer service is horrible. when you have problems with the kit he is impossible to get in contact with. id look around before you buy from him

I didn't have a real issues, but, I guess others have, I've had my lights for about 6 months, no problems at all. Look around before you buy. You may want to hold off alittle while and see what the deal with the projectors is going to be.

I have a second gen R/T though. I'm not sure that they're going to be making the projectors for our cars...

2002 Neon R/T here and I've had the kit for a few months now and had no problems with the ballasts or bulbs.

Customer service is horrible, by that I mean it's very hard to get ahold of him and get a status of your order. Haven't had any probs getting something replaced so I can't say if he honors his warranty or not.
