Here is one final teaser. These are NOT completed. I still have to remove the paint on the LEDs and the lens is just lightly placed on for the pic. Its not fullly attached, hence the gap.

Anyways, enjoy...They look HOT!

Dammit! I am actually liking the idea of doing these in Eblue. I have replacement tails from Modern Performance right now... and I didn't want to spend more money. I think you should stop all pics of your lights and if anyone orders them in blue- Block me from seeing them! LOL

I have a question though... What do you do when one of the LED's go out? How do you replace them and where can you get them?

The LEDs are all made into one board. Thats completely related to DEPO. They use quality LEDs so I don't see these going out for quite a while (I'm talking many many years). Its a quality tail light. The life of these isn't a concern to me because I trust and rely on the quality of this tail lamp. It has proven to be very good since its release. Lots of people have this type of LED tail and nobody has had any issues with them.

I can't believe you just did that! I drool over the HID retros but don't have the money and then see the LED tails and say, "Hmmm, those look good but maybe not for me in O'Blast" Of course, that was just BS to get myself to spend the money on performance parts instead. But NOOOOO, you gotta post pics in O'Blast and now I have to decide. STS, Stg1, or tail lights.

Seriously, those look great even for being unfinished. How did you match the paint? I always hear how our (O'blast) paint is very hard to color match.

Great post!!

I'm using OEM paint. Our OB is kinda hard to match up due to the pearl and its all in the amount of coats to apply. I had to keep spraying, then go next to my car and hold it up at different portions around the car and then go back and forth spraying and testing until I got the color just right.

After doing this for Satellite, I'll definatly be doing a set for myself

Colormatched is $189 + $13 shipping + 3% paypal thru this month.

Regular price will be $219 plus the rest after this month

*originally it was for the first 25 buyer but since my hook-up that I got these for cheaper is no longer working at the place, I have to resort to other slightly higher priced means to get these. So that is why the change is now taking affect.

Damn. $21.29 short in my paypal account. But wait, today is payday So what is the approximate wait time after payment has been confirmed. This would be for the colormatched O'blast.
