sylvania are brighter, and will last longer. well at least their headlights. both of their foglights suck.

I tried both brands from the poll in my headlights, and I stuck with Sylvania Silverstars in both the headlights and the foglights. However I wasnt' as impressed with the silverstar fogs as I was the headlights, still looking for something else for the fogs.

Obviously I am going to say SYLVANIA. My only suggestion is to use lights that are 100% street legal. Many times the discussion has come up about how they can damage your vehicle but also remember other drivers on the road. If they are not street legal then you could be putting others in harms way because you are blinding them. Lights like these can create too much light or too much glare.

well i just bought the head lights and signal lights from sylvania, but I am stumped on were to get fog lights.. I know that The sylvanias had a problem with their fog lights, but fixed the prob with excelent service making them my #1 choice.. but I checked eurolite on ebay.. CHEAP!!! i guess you get what you pay for ey..
Im going to give sylvania a try for my fogs... THEY BETTER NOT BLOW!

To: noblebc.. on the sylvania site, you dont have srt-4.. only Neon (are they the same??) also how come i cant find fog lights on your site to purchase?? if im looking in the wrong place, can you put a link to it here with the part # i need to look for.. THANKS!
I diddnt p.m this cuz i think this might help everyone that want to buy sylvania fogs

Right now the 893ST fogs are out of stock (due to there issue) and they should be available in about 6-7 weeks. The new batch had better not have issues. If your vehicle takes the 9145 ST they should be out later this year.

We actually pay for use but don't manage the replacement guide. I will send a note to find out why the SRT is not in there. I can't say for certain if the neon has the same lights, I don't think they do.

If you are at www.sylvaniaperformanceshop.com, you will see the section for headlights and fog lights at the top. In there you will see the product is backordered.

I agree with "if you buy cheap you get cheap". I know our 893 STs had an issue but in general, you should not be able to find a higher quality light.

the 9007 is already a pretty high end bulb, it might whiter/brighter compared to stock but the actual lumens of light output will be relatively the same. Which PIAA did you get the hyper white or xtreme whites are the brightest.

a question for the sylvania vendor.

I own a carshow lightharness, will the silverstars performance improve using this over the stock wiring. I notice a voltage increase while teh vehicle is on from 13.2 @ the bulb(no harness) to 14.0 using it.

The headlights and signal lights should be the same as the neon. I think it is the fog lights that might be different at times. If there is an issue then you can always exchange them.

With a higher voltage you should see a higher output, you will also see a shorter life with the bulb.

I agree with the Justin Timberlake comment.

neither one. you left out PIAA. they are the best. I've had them on my 2000 neon and on the srt. The xtreme whites are by far the brightest halogen i've seen.
