Default led bulbs for taillights

i was wanting to pick up some led bulbs for my reverse lights just to make it a bit brighter. i keep seeing people say led light for map and dome stay on but dim. would that be the same with led bulbs for reverse? would it be light up all the time?

any fix for dome/map lighting problem?

I would have to say leds in the reverse light would not be any brighter unless you made a custom board. If you put in leds I dont think they would constantly be on.
