Default LED 3rd Brake Light

I modded the clear 3rd B.L. that I got from Modern Performance. Let me know what you guys think. Sorry for the kinda crappy pics.

Cool thats what I was planning on doing, but with the stock assembly. What made you decide to cut through the reflector housing completely?

I used the LED taillight board from my 2002 R1. I replaced it with an aftermarket one that has turn signals built in, so I had the stock one left over. I didn't actually remove the whole back area of the brake light. I just cut two slots on the sides with the Dremel and slid the R1 LED board into the slots.

i would tape off the LEDs and spray that circuitboard with a more eyepleasing silver or some mexi-chrome in a can.
