I know the guy from hidplanet. He has yet to do one in the neon but does good work.

FXs are decent projectors. I'd go with a TL though.

Seems decent priced to me. He does alot of vacuum forming with his ABS shrouds he makes. Most of them all look about the same in shape so you can see his other vehicles to get an idea.
