Default Jeep stalk?

Has anyone found a stalk that will keep the fogs on without the headlights.

I searched my ass off and every thread kept turning into the schematics of the foglight mod. I just want to know if there is one that will plug and play.

Why not simply cut the positive wire from the foglights, hook them up to a relay that is getting signal from the corner lights (fool proof way)? Presto! Fogs on with parking lights just how it should be! That way you don't FRY your shit.

Because then the fogs would be on whenever the parking lights are on, no? The fog switch won't pull out from the stalk unless the rolling switch is in the headlight position.

Well isn't that the whole point of doing the fog mod in the first place? Unless ofcourse some people do it just to have fogs on and nothing else but I see no point in doing it that way or for that reason.

I don't think anyone wants fogs on ALL the time, but most want to be able to turn on fogs w/ just park lights, and for the fogs to stay on when brights are turned on, neither of which we can do with out modding. The stalk mod alows the fog light switch to be pulled out when just park lights are on, whereas unaltered, the switch has to be in the headlight position before the fog switch can be pulled on.

Sure you can, just eliminate the lame switch is all you have to do. My write-up will be up tomorrow.

I will tell you all this with my version of my fog light mod:

-Fogs will work once parking lights are on and will turn off when the parking lights are off. Fogs will also stay on with low AND highbeams

-No need for a switch

-No hacking of the stock M.F.S.

-Will require one single relay and one fuse

-No need to run wires inside the cabin, all work is performed under the hood

-Shouldn't take no more than 30 minutes tops.

Here Fog lamps on w/ parking lamps

The part # is in the first post. Lets you turn the fogs on with the parking lights.

Bascilly, its the same piece we have with the exception that it allows you to pull the fog light switch while the parking lights are on.
