last night when i was driving my car when i hit a bump etc my dash lights would flicker. I was thinking my car was draining to much power or something so i turned off the radio. I have an after market radio and the car came with bright blue hid's. anyone have an idea of what the problem could be... only happens when i hit a bump???

Wow nice job

Its probably the harness on top of your steering column. The plug is probably melted and when you hit a bump its causing it to not make contact which will make your light flicker. Its common for 2000+ neons. Check your multifunction switch as well. I dont know if those could cause your interior lights to flicker, but those tend to die too.
