For us in the great white north with daytime running lights our fogs are on all the time except for high beam will one of these mods keep the fogs on with the high beam?

Ive been putting real thought into doing the MFS mod. It seems easy besides getting the roll pin out. But i was wondering where the big grey plug is? If anyone could tell me that would be great.

I did silverdragon ultimate fog light MOD 2 years ago (MFS) and it is teh sweetness, best welfare MOD by far.......although i could not get roll pin out with drill bit (very hard and tedious to do) so i drilled a small hole next to the pin and slowly but shurly wiggled it out with small pliers and screwdrivers.....hardest part BTW

Is it possible to wire it to the parking light power wire? instead of wiring it to a 12v source thats controlled the the key being on...like could you tap into the power of the parking lights? that make sense?

i dont mean to bump an old thread from the past, but i wanted to get some long term feedback on the "Wire switch" method. It's the easiest of the how-to's but is it safe in the long term?

There have been a few isolated issues with the wire-switcheroo version. Old threads but they are buried here somewhere.
