Default HID'S turn on all the time - Any Help

I have an 04 SRT4 and i just installed the Xenon 6000K HID kit in the car. Its a Plug N Play kit that goes into the factory harness. Everything works great when the car is of, but as soon as i turn the ignition to the on position the HID's turn on. The headlight switch does not control the lights when the car turns on. Does anybody have this problem??? I have searched for anybody posting such a problem but no luck. What am i missing?? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

are the signal lights (little ones next to the headlight) also on when you turn the ignition on?

Thanks for the input man but i found the problem. Its my DRL module, i had to get a bypass relay & resistor combo for each side of the headlights. It taps in the factory harness lines for Low Beam and tricks the computer.

Picked up both of the kits last night. I will be installing them soon. Way too cold here now.

I was going to say where are you located? I am assuming Canada since the US models didn't have DRLs.
