Default HID's only on high beams

I've done my research on this problem, my HID headlights only work when the high beam switch is on. I read about just switching the wires around and stuff but when i did that i had no headlights at all. And that's the only solution i read about so far. So is there anything else i should try or should i just wire my fogs up to a switch so i can use them?

I'm having the opposite problem. They are only on when the HI-beam is off, and turn off when Hi-Beam is activated despite being bi-xenon.

I switched the ballasts and it did nothing, but you could give that a try. I think the ballasts are jacked up

OMG! I can't believe i didn't think of that! I didn't really think switching the ballasts would have done anything different but appearently it works lol. Mine are all good now, thanks a bunch .
