Default hids not working with relay

so i got hids for my foglights and headlights from vvme and also bought relays for both. installed my hids for the headlights with the relay and turned the light switch on and nothing not even a click. Tryed rewireing seeing if i missed anything and they turned on but only with the high beams. A buddy came by and tried to help me and he ended up making them turn on with th low beem which was good. Turned dark so decided to tuck wires and do my foglights the next day. Installed those with relay and nothing when turning them on. Tryed to hook up my headlights again to make sure those worked and now those do not work either.

Im stuck becuase i made sure the grounds are set also my positive. Funny thing is when i try to do them plug and play without the relay they still wont trun on. Any help appreciated

Check the headlight fuse in the fuse panel.

Also try hooking back up a stock bulbs into the headlight 9007 sockets & see if those light up.

This will tell us if it's the HID's or a vehicle wiring issue.

So that means either you have 2 fried ballasts (not likely for this to happen to both at the same time) or you have a wiring issue (which is probably your issue).

I know you said you checked everything but the best advice I can offer is to review this thread & see how I wired the relay harness & connected them to the ballasts etc...

Default Wire set up.

Take a picture of your setup or draw a clear picture on how you wired the car.

well i dont know how to post pictures but ill try to explain how i did it. So red wire to battery terminal. ground in front of engine kind of near the headlight, already a ground for something else, just used it again. One plug to factory bulb plug. Then the other two that are connected to the ballasts are both plugged in and the positive and negative plugged in from ballast to the hid bulbs. Sorry if this is not really specific.
