Anyone else have this problem. They were working great till i flashed my high beams at someone.(but i have non and they just went off). But the left one never went back on. Now every time i put a new fuse in, it blows. Should iput a biggerfuse in. The only thing is the other one works fine. By the way i have a 10A fuse in it. Any ideas what it could be.
wait the one of my headlights doesnt work, like my left one for some reason, i mean it used too... You think replacing a fuse might help which fuse do you replace for the HID's?

It sounds mike you might have blown your ballast? what brand are you using? some have the built in protection for over voltage some don't

Thats kind of scary as you should never replace a fuse with a larger one they are there for a reason to make sure everything on that line is protected from a current and voltage spike.
HID balasts draw alot more current during startup than Halogen bulbs do. Once they are running though the current draw drops below that of a regular Halogen setup. Some HID ballasts (total startup draw from both) can draw 4 times as much current as your OEM halogen bulbs do. That is why people replace the stock fuse with a larger one. Wouldn't really call it a fix tho.
Build you own harness to alleviate this problem, because even if they are working for you now, you will probably have problems down the road.
