How'd you make that gooseleg??? I'm interested...and I've read your thread a few times just can't remeber and I'm lazy. Did you melt the housing and use the dremel tool method?

I used a dremel tool I went in from the rear of the housing with a side cutting bit... Dusty as hell wear a mask
It’s not a difficult process just tedious; you’ll need to cut the back of the housing wide enough so that projector will go in, in far enough to project straight out that way you will eliminate some of the reflection and glare from the housing, measure your lens diameter mark, cut, drop and adjust the beam .
1. Remove Headlight
2. remove bulb and rubber seal
3. measure your projector and cut opening with side cutting bit
• now you will have access to the inner part of the light
• measure your lens diameter trace and cut (cut an inch smaller than required and use the grinding bit to size)
• insert projector use aluminum tape to hold projector (or create brackets) wile aiming (use a flat wall) to get the straight cut-off line take the car out for a drive check for glare so not to blind oncoming traffic once satisfy remove from car
• use silicone and the aluminum tape to hold and seal the projector in the housing, use Bondo and/or Fiberglass to seal housing
Tools Needed:
Dremel tool
Side cutting bit
Grinding bit
Sand paper
Dust mask
Aluminum tape (to seal and to hold projector in place while adjusting)
Bondo or fiberglass to reseal housing
Silicone for miscellaneous sealing
Degreaser (I find it very helpful in cleaning the dust from inside the head lights)
Alcohol to rinse headlight
Blow dryer or air compressor (help to dry)
Scissors
