Default HID SRT-4 kit??

Does anyone have a link to where I could buy a good HID kit that can replace my headlights and fog lights?? I am looking for a 6000k or 8000k kit.

Don't go any higher than 6000. 8000's don't put out enough "usable light". I'm not sure where to get em though.

stay clear of ebay kits PLEASE.....before i got in to the xeneon lighting business i dealt with some of the ebay kits. i had two on my SRT and both of them burnt out and put out a real crappy amount of light. they output is NOTHING compared to a nice and high quality kit that you can find elsewhere. if your gonna do it then do it right.

pm me for more info if you would like!

This is the guy I got it from too. I've had them for 4 months now and still work great. I got the 12000K, the lighting output is not that great but I think they are brighter than stock and no glare to bother the other drivers.

i have the 8k kit and it seems to put a lot of light out. i see a lot better then i could on the stock headlights plus its a brighter front looking color compared to the traditional ugly yellow tint u get from stock bulbs. Even the "cool blue" sylvania looks yellow.

There is no such thing as a good kit. They are all money pit junk. None of them are going to give you good light without glaring everyone. Who wants to install lights just so you can lower them to reduce blinding people, but also reducing your distance you can see?

The only way to do it right is spending the money and doing a retro. However, 80% of the people here are too cheap to justify spending money without blinding people or buying crappy Asian-made junk.

Well if you offered to make them again then I would buy a set but unfortunately you aren't making them anymore.

No he might not be producing them anymore, however, there is another Retro fitter on this forum. But he's booked with SRT-4 retros till next year.

Then there's always the handfull of retrofitters on www.hidplanet.com, and if all fails, then you can always try to do them yourself

I have the $140 ebay 8k kit. Light output is perfect and they work just fine. I now have them hooked up to relays so I don't have to worry about frying anything...I would say they are definitely the bang for the buck deal.
