Default HID Projector Fog Lamp Project

Project Daylight is underway.

It's only been like a month since I have done anything to my car and I can't stop. I am in the process of replacing the Stock Fog Lights in my SRT with HID projectors. One side is now done and I am giving it the torture test before I move on to the other side. Here are some pics.

Stock Fog Light

Projector after install

Headlights and 1 Projector

The lights are seriously Bright (4100K Phillips HID Bulbs & Valeo Projectors) But Since I don't have the Bi Xenon HID setup for my headlights, I really needed to have some "Brights" to light up the road a little more then nessecary. The hardest part so far is Hand making the enclosure of the lights to make it look somewhat stock. I think it came out pretty well. I will update when I get the other side done and get some more pics up after the project is done.

I have some more pics posted on my MSN group

The Turn Signals are the Sylvania Silverstars, the side marker lights are the euro clear from MPx with Amber Clear LED bulbs.

And yes I do plan on posting up a How to when all is said and done

Nice setup man! How long did it take to convert that 1 fog projector? and which size bulbs did you use for the HIDs?

I like that last pic where that 1 projector lights up down the street.. hehe

After gathering all of the parts it only took me about 2 hours to do each Light. The Bulbs are Phillips D2S 4100K Projector Bulbs. They are slightly smaller then the Capsules I have for my Headlights, but do to the lower color temp they do throw out more light. Thanks for all of the great feedback, I hope to have a How to done in a day or two

Only like 1 or 2 pics seem to like being posted here I have a bunch of pics posted on my MSN Group. I will keep trying to find one that likes to post. Don't know why this is the only forum that seems to give me problems posting pics.
