Default HID Problems!!!

So about a month ago I bought Modern Performance Halos and 6k HID's from Dave aka IllegalMachine. Well when we originally tried installing the HID's it kept blowing the driver side 10a fuse, so after some debating I then put in a 15a fuse. (I know thats not what youre really supposed to do) It worked perfectly fine with that fuse up until tonite. No it keeps blowing the 15a fuse. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHY?!?!?! Im starting to get a little frustrated.

P.S. - I also noticed that when i twist my light switch the fogs come on, then when i pull out the knob the lights turn on. It is reversed, it is also like that on my buddy's 05. Could that also contribute to the problem?

I'm guessing(well not really guessing I kinda know haha) that you both bought your cars used? Some people do the wire switch on the back of the fuse panel in the driverside door so you can have your fogs on without your headlights. The only downside is your switch is reversed. So both of your previous owners did that.

That seems kinda dumb, how do i fix that? Do you think it contributes to the problem?
