HID: Low beam hi beam issue

Well i got low's and hi's hid's but im having an issue my high beams are on when the low beams should me and the other way around? it doesnt make much sence i meen the plugs that came with the kit only connect one way and thats it. If anyone can help me out that would be great

just cut the wires and swap them. im pretty sure i have read about other people having the same problem and that is what they have done. someone else who has had to do this will chime in im sure
