Default HID Lens

I wondering since I just put in 8k HIDs in my g/f''s car, since it comes with projectors stock. Its really makes a difference but her lens has seen better days. Its all milky/foggy, she doesn't get any water in her headlights but seem like the lens are either designed like that or just got dirty over time.

Was wondering if its possible to swap out just the lens (bubble dome) to another one??? If so what would be a good lens?

Its a suzuki verona. Problem is this car doesn't have any support let alone dead forums. And I know a lot of people here have experience with retros. Do I need to find the size of the lens? Or is there more to it?

Are you talking about the glass lens on the projector? Why do you want to replace it? If its dirty just clean it. You will have to open the headlight and probably remove the projector. You should take some pics because you arent being very descriptive and its hard for us to tell what you are looking to do.

Yes....the glass lens in the actual projector.

I doubt i can just clean it as whatever is on it looks baked on for good. But if I do have to crack out the headlights I rather upgrade to a better lens while I'm at it

The only upgrade is to a clear lens if the oem one on there is not. Then you have swap both lenses. The only thing this does is make the cutoff clearer. Why is your lens ruined? Could it be the pnp hid kit in there? You should ask yourself that before tearing the lights open. Lastly those light might be fused together, so the only way to open them is with a dremel. I suggest buying a new headlight from ebay and get rid of the hid kit if that is your problem.
