Lightbulb HID help!

Ok guys and gals.....I have read numerous forums on how to install HID's for our baby's. Well tonight I decided to try and install ine and well I've hit a hump. If you'll notice in the following pics, there is a black wire and a red wire. I have tried to plug these into my stock headlight harness, but have had no luck. They just dont seem to want to go in.....maybe I'm doing something wrong. I know that the black wire is suppose to go in the middle slot and the red wire is suppose to go in the red slot. Any help guys? I sure would love to use these. Thanks for the help!

EDIT* What I meant to say for the red one is that it's suppose to go in the right slot!

Looks like the metal tabs are too big. Only logical thing i can think of is to try and find some skinnier metal tabs at like auto zone and solder them on.

Is it just me or does the red tab look much larger than the black one?

Where did you get this kit from? if it's not ebay you should be able to contact the seller for some info.

Check your local auto parts store for a 9007 pigtail/harness, splice the HID wires into that and make it plug-n-play. This will also keep your OEM connections from corroding due to partial exposure.

Also, you'll want to wire in a relay so that you don't fry your OEM switch/wiring.
