Question Hi-temp Stained Glass Paint?

hey everyone,

after doing much research and spending lots of time searching, i decided to start a new post. i have heard and seen many people staining their fog lights yellow to give them the yellow look when not on, and i have to say it looks pretty cool. but, i am going for a diferent look on my car. i now titanium bulbs that light red as blinkers, and clear corners with red LEDs in them. i wanna go for the evil red and black loo, as my car is black. anyway, i want to make my fog lights red, but have never once seen a red bulb for the foglights, besides the pinkish-red one that eurodesignz sells.

so, now the meat of the thread, does anyone now if their is such a thing as hi-temperature stained glass spray? people that have used the yellow krylon spray paint the fog light casing, but as to not mess up the casing i want to paint the bulb itself. also, i am pretty sure this is illegal in CA, but i want to paint the bulbs only, not the casing in case i have to take it off in the future. anyway, if anyone can refer me to some red fog light bulbs that won't blow my wires, or better yet some hi-temp stained glass spray to do it myself, i would be more than greatful.

by the way, a SLVRSRT4BTCH told me that a person on by a name something like "broken shift" has used a hi-temp stained glass spray for the fogs. so, broken shift, if you're out there, please help me.

thanks to all in advance. either post up or PM me with info please. peace.

When I had my teg, many people used stained glass transparant paint for their tailights. Nobody ever seemed to have a problem. You can pic up good professional stained glass paint at your local arts/crafts store.

Eurodesignz makes red bulbs. Im not sure if they make them for the fogs or not. Eoros bulbs however are not very bright and I would bet they would end up looking more pink then red.

seems like you would have to paint the housing and get red bulbs to not make it look pink

Default Buy Rockblockers

Just throw a set of rockblockers on and not only will it make your lights yellow, but it will protect them from rocks and other shit too.
