Help Right headlight won't turn on

Well Guys I need some help figuring this issue out well at first my hid's would flicker everyonce in awhile and thought was obviously a fuse but then one day my right head light didn't turn on so I popped my hood started looking around and I look at the hid relay grabbed the 20 amp fuse and suddenly right hid turned on on the way home both headlight were flickering I would have stopped an got a fuse but it was late so the next day I went and got a 20 amp fuse replaced it and my right head light wont turn on at all now it won't flicker at all but only the left driver side hid is coming on any suggestions?

Grounds are okay...? Maybe one of the ballasts is dying

I have the exact same problem!!!
