Default HELP!!!! No Headlights!

I replaced the headlight bulbs on my car and for some reason on the way home from my parents I noticed that there was no light coming out... So I pull over and take a look. My headlights are not working at all...no low beams, now high beams. If the car is off and I just turn the lights on they work, however if I turn the key or start the car...nothing! Any suggestions???

Put in a set of these...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWN%3AIT

Basically the second I started up my car...no lights. They turn on when the car is off and the key is not turned, however the second you do either one of those...nothing happens what so ever. I can't really tell if any wiring is burned or anything? Didn't see anything as far as I could tell.

So when you coming to Anchorage to hook me up

have you tried to put your stockers back in yet? alot of people are having issues with the fake HID look alike painted bulbs due to them melting the multi(dis)funtion switch.... now your case is stranger due to the lights work with the car off but not when on..... try your stockers if they dont work ill try to make a trip to help you out

Yeah, that was kind of my point Now that you are up here maybe I could talk you into putting some in for me. I like the semi-bright light with the tint of blue to them. Just want to make sure it is safe for my car and doesn't cause any warranty problems...

BTW- How do I check the switch?

well the multi(dis)function switch being bad would most likely kill all lights on the dash and the switch would not work at all period. with the car on or off... if you want to come up next weekend we can look into some options for you as im prob. going to be fitting my protoype hid fogs

Ok, so I put my stockers back in and still nothing. I did notice a couple of things.. When I flip to the highbeams my lights come on however nothing shows that my highbeams are on-on the dash, and they will not stay engaged.

those bulbs you took out blow ass anyway. I had them for like 2 hours until I realized a flashlight mounted to the hood would be brighter.

Finnaly after months and months some 1 has the same problem as i Did.. Okay i went to the dealer and i told them idk my lights quit working. They didnt want to fix it even tho i told them I didnt touch anything.

I would put my low beams on and boom the #16 fuse would blow. I drove around with hi-beams for days. Well the dealer said the switch and harness were fine but couldnt find the short? So i told them idc you still got to fix it. They never had a chance to fix it. So my boy helped me out and we checked everywheres' . All of a sudden he shook my light harness and it magically the low beams worked again. You could of fried the harness make sure that its not touching medal.

Hahah DOT approved my ass lol. This is typical scenario of a cheaply made asian bulb. This is why I don't even waste money on junk like that.
