Default Help with HID's

alright so i bought these hids off of a member on here and he told me that they were on his car and they are just plug and play. He also told me they had a built in relay so is there anyway i can check that? or do i have to just take his word for it? im sorry i feel like a real dumbass because it took everyone else 30 minutes to install their hids but i was at it all day today and still couldnt do it. im just confused because he said it was just plug and play but it wasnt for me..........like everything with what he sent plugged in and was set up good but when i went to hook it up to the car it didnt seem like the harness from the car was made for this. ill post some pics and explain myself thoroughly, please tell me if you see anything odd with these. i did take off the bumper and alot of stuff so it would be easy access and i would have alot of room to work with but i was so pissed after it didnt work out and i had to put all the stuff back on lol it was a real pita. allright so the first pic is just everything he sent me ( but there was 2 of everything i just took a picture of 1 set lol)

the next pic is a pic of the ballast

the next pic is a pic of the plug on the ballast. from what i see on the harness in the car it doesnt have 2 little pins its got 3, and the lights that are on it are silverstars. could it be that the previous owner cut it up and put on the harness for the silverstars that doesnt fit the hids?? cause thats the only thing that i can think of right now.

next is just a pic of some of the wires and the socket coming from the light bulb. also say my car had the correct plug that went into the ballast then where would this plug go thats coming out of the light??

and last here is a close pic of whats coming from the lights, are these the grounds?? if so they are really short i have no idea how im guna get that too my battery

i appologize for the long post, but if someone could just help me out and let me know what they think and what it is that i have to do. im really dumb when it comes to electrical and wiring stuff especaily in cars
thanks in advance

I'm no expert so hopefully someone else will post BUT i think it goes like this....

This I believe goes to factor power and ground of the headlight.

this Plugs into this....

then these 2 plug back into the bulb.

I think you have the right plug.
but I'm not sure how its wired, I never have looked. It could be.....
one wire is ground, one is power for the low beam and one is power for the high beam.

or

It could be one wire is power, and one grounds for low beam, and the other grounds for hight beam.

regardless you need to find the power and ground wires for the low beam in your factory plug, wire them to the HID! power to power, ground to ground. using the wires in the first picture of my post.

confusing I know.... sorry

Im sure theres pics on here somewhere,

you need to find the low beam, power and ground on the factory harness.

The power wire from the harness goes to the red wire pictured here. the ground wire frome the harness goes to the black one pictured here.

FYI- No such thing as a built in relay. The seller was either lying or mis-informed.

We need to see the plug style of the big cord coming out of the ballast to know for sure.

from what i see you don't have all the pieces. i've done many of these and it doesn't look right. the end with the 2 spade terminals on any kit i've seen for the 9007 has a blue plug on the end that just plugs into the headlight pigtail from the factory harness. i have had the regular just hid bulb, hid low beam with small bulb for high beam and now have the bi-xenon and none of them had the 2 terminals like yours except for the fog light kit i have now.
