Hey, i just tried installing a set of bi-xenons, i got them all set up and when i turn them on my high beams are on, when i flash my high beams my low beams go on. I tried reversing the wiring on the harness connecting to my orginal headlight plug but still nothing.
Any suggestions? And can anyone tell me how to aim them down so i don't blind everyone.
It's definitely something in your relay harness wiring. This is a common issue and is usually fixed by swapping the wires. Pull back some of the loom on the stock headlight plug where your harness is attached. Make sure the relay input singla is coming off the PURPLE wire which is the low beam wire and not the high beam wire.
Relay should be wired like so on the pins:
85 - input signal (from low beam wire)
86 - negative chassis ground signal (-)
87 - output signal (to ballasts)
30 - main 12V constant power signal (+)

I just pulled the headlight out again and there are 3 wires on the factory plug: Red Black Purple. The HID Harness that plugs into it is blue, orange, white. I tried reversing the wires but still nothing...
On the stock the wires are:
purple = low beam
red = high beam
black = neutral ground
Be sure the harness is wired correctly meaning make sure the input is NOT getting power from the high beam signal. I'm telling ya, the signal is crossed to the relay. It has to be otherwise it makes no sense why it would be switched (backwards) now....
XTREMEBOOST OF ORLANDO FLORIDA FUCKED MY TRANSMISSION. THEY SWAPPED OUT A CLUTCH AND PUT NO TRANNY FLUID BACK IN. but i can't prove it, so i guess that means i'm lying. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FORMER VENDOR. THEIR TURBO KITS ARE TERRIBLE AND THEIR INSTALLS ARE EVEN WORSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
i wouldnt worry about it because the same thing happens to mine.. I think its the shape of our housing that actually deflects the beam downward when the HID bulb moves out to the High beam position. Maybe if yu take off the little plastic reflector thing in the middle it will focus better..

Wait, I just saw you said these were bixenon. If your low beam is cutting out when you hit the high beam, its because your ballast signal is dropping because of a lack of a diode.
Use my diode diagram and wire up the harness correctly. Don't just leave it messed up. Fix your car....
This is what I used to include with my retros to bixenon customers because our stock wiring configuration on this car shuts off power to the low beam once the high beam is switched on. That is why a diode MUST be used http://www.haknslash.com/pictures/HI...odediagram.gif
On top of that....
I still say its wired backwards or the harness is not configured correctly. Can you post what kit you have and if you made the harness yourself? Typically those kit included harnesses are a joke and often need tweaking to get them to be right.

sorry for the late reply, i haven't been on here for a few days. I did not make the harness, it was included in the kit along with the relay, two ballasts, bulbs etc. I got the kit from a local HID manufacture. When i turn on my headlights my highbeams go on, i have to flick my highbeams on to make my low beams go on, basically i drive at night with the highbeam indicator on although my low beams are on. I'll get around to fixing it, i just couldn't be bother right now, it's too damn cold and busy with school. Thanks for the help though, greatly apprecaited.
when you installed the bulbs are you sure they are sitting in the housing correctly?
they might be upside down, so therefore when you flick the hi beams on, the bulb is upside down so it flicks it downwards, and when you put your regular beams on, it goes back to normal position which makes it seem higher
i would look at the bulbs again and make sure when you turned them and locked them in that they are sitting the correct way.
The bulbs are in correct, the day i got the HID kit i installed them 2-3 times, the bulbs are 9004/9007 and they have a lock position and it clicks when it locks, i made sure it was locked.
