Check grounds next to headlight, may be loose, then replace bulb.

If that doesn't do it, your MFS may be fubar'd.........any lighting or electrical mods??

Occasionally when you use those high watt bulbs you can burn up your harness. Not the whole thing but the part that connects to the bulb. Take your bulb out and look in the connector to see if its burnt. They sell replacements at pep boys for like 9 or 10 bucks. You can replace it easily.

I think the MFS burns up first.

It seems to be the weak point in our headlight elect. system.

The part that connects the bulbs is burned up.

Also when i turn my lights on, my highbeam sign lights up dim.

So is the MFS easy to fix or gonna cost me lots of $$$?

If its just the 9007 plug (by the headlights) that is melted, go buy a new one and go back to 100% stock bulbs.

The reason your high beam is dim is more than likely related to the melted plug......that can't be good.

The plug that goes into the MFS (on top of steering column) is not that expensive, however it kinda tedious rewiring the plug as its about 16 or so wires.l
