Default Headlights Aimed Too High?

I just installed some silver star ultras and can't tell if there aimed to high or their just brighter. When pointing them at my garage about 10ft back there's a fine line about hood height but on the road it almost looks like my high beams are on. I passed about 40 cars but only got flashed once.

Put your car on a flat surface 25ft away from a wall and measure the distance from the ground to your bulb. Now aim your lights about 1"-2" lower than that on the wall. Also make sure your bulbs are seated correctly. Silverstars are a little brighter, but not enough to make you get flashed than stock bulbs.

PIAA Extreme Whites are better... The silver stars aren't worth the money IMO...

Thanks ... they were definitely aimed to high, but I fixed them. Overall their definitely an improvement over stock. Being able to see much wider is a plus because we have lots of deer around here.

Theres no cutoff with the stock fogs, so just aim them below the headlights. Theres screws on the top of the fog light you turn to aim them higher or lower. You dont need to take off anything, just lay on the ground and you will see them.

I just put it in the garage and aim. the fog lights require a phillips screw driver and the headlights require a torx bit maybe like a 7 or so.
