Head Lights NEEP HELP!!!!!!!!

Installed gauges and now headlights will not come on. Checked the fuse and it is good changed it just to make sure. Check the relay in the engine bay and that appears to be good. OK here's what happens. The marker lights, tail lights, turn signals and everything work just fine but the headlights (high and low beam) as well as fog lights will not come on. please help.
