Having some problems with my lighting

Well I was driving my srt-4 and my dash lights just went out......the RPMs gauge lights went out.....my air control lights stop working and my tail lights......the crazy thing about to whole situation is that when I set my alarm all the lights that I said were off......would blink a couple of time when I set the alarm.....do any one kno wat the problem can be LMK I'm interested in ur opinions.....thanks

Multi-function switch is most likely the culprit. It controls the lighting in the car. When you set your alarm, the brain for the alarm controls the lighting and thats why it works.
