Halo Projection Lamps SEQUENTIAL BLINKER

Hey everyone. I remember seeing a thread on here where someone used a sequential light blinker for the side LED's on the projector lamps that Modern sells. Can anyone point me to it... or better yet has someone done this and if so how and what did you need to make it happen.. thanks in advance..

sequential as in the three lights will light up one after the other, or something to that effect?

I'm sure you could do it with a knowledge of electronics, wiring, and an afternoon.

Unfortunately, I can't help you out with any of those.
