Default Fuse problems w/ HID's

I've gone through 2 fuses trying to make my HID's Work, did everything correctly and found a good ground. Should i upgrade my fuse to something higher and if so, what # is ideal? Thnx

never put a larger fuse than what it came with the car originally.. if you do you will fry your cables.

If its blowing out fuses usually it means your ballast have gone bad...

Are these HID's new ?

Brand new! I've had this problem for awhile, i told the co. who sent it to me the problems and sent the whole kit back to them, and they said they would take a look at them well, weeks went by and all of a sudden i got the kit back with the original ballasts, tape still stuck on them when i installed them, no change, my fuse still pops. They changed nothing, everything still original. They said they would email me when they'd recieve it and they didn't even do that! Can u believe it! I'm thinking of calling them and to tell them i'm sending the kit back and expect a full refund on both the kit and shipping for the problems i've gone through, and then give them a bad rating. It's a canadian based company!
