Default foglights without the headlights on can it be done.

i was just thinking about this. is their an easier way instead of cutting wires and running an individual switch to it.

easier... not sure about that, but there are some guys on here that have customized their switch and mated it with a jeep part that works relatively well. Not even sure where to tell you to search to find the thread, but it's on here somewhere.

I would rather just run the switch myself, but luckily it doesn't bother me in the least.

Check the sticky on the fog light mod. I did mine and it was simple. I crossed two wires. When i twist the light switch, fogs come on. When i pull it, headlights come on. No problems and it took like 5 mins.

I was looking at my fuse panel yesterday and noticed 2 empty spots for "DRL" relays. Wonder if slapping in the correct relays from a Canadian car would be all that would be needed.

Personally, I want my fogs to be on all the time, just coming on with the ignition. I never use my parking lights, so it's either all lights on or all off.

I've had my fogs on their own switch for quite some time. I just never mounted the switch (which I need to do, 4 years later haha).

If I recall, it was extremely easy, though I'm not sure if the instructions I used are still on this forum.
