autozone sells the multifunction switch cheap its like one of the only things that ever broke on my car so far.....75k miles....wooo wooo
Really? I didn't think they'd sell that, the relay maybe but a whole switch with arm? I'd never buy an MFS from Autozone personally. I bought mine from the dealership MSRP there is over $90 for the whole switch.

It could be the same problem. Are you using the stock wiring set up for the projectors and a different set up for the halos?
If I ever decide I want to use my fogs again, I'm running my own wire to my own switch. I don't want to risk the MFS melting like has happened many times in these cars. I haven't used my fogs in over a year because of this reason.
You could always use a relay to power the fogs...In my case, I left the power there for the fogs, but put a relay on the headlight themselves so the MFS is seeing 110 less watts on the same power feeds.
