Default Fog Lights, 893 or H11

I am looking at going and picking up a set of Nokya replacements for my fogs and I have seen conflicting info on the forum. Does anyone know for sure if the correct ones are the H11's or the 893's?

Alot of 89X Bulbs are
12V 37.5watt draw
PRODUCING = 110W output

alot of the 88X (especially luminics) are
Wattage (draw): 27
Wattage (output): 100

im sure the higher draw and output = more light
