You can do it without taking out the headlight or removing the bumper. I've taken out the passenger side twice now (thanks to the silverstar bulbs blowing up very quickly). There are actually two nuts to be removed, not bolts. You should be able to remove nut closest to the outside of the car by using a short 10mm wrench (probably one about 4 inches long), just be patient...it can be done. If you have trouble seeing under the car (or cant do things by feel), jack up the passenger side. All you have to do with the wrench is get the nut broken loose, once it is, you should be able to spin it off by hand. As for the nut closest to the engine, now thats the fun one. Try this first...take a 10mm 3/4 drive socket and attempt to loosen the nut by hand first. The best way to fit your hand in there is to lay flat on your back and angle your hand in from the engine side (past the water bottle), dont try to slide past the water bottle, it will never work. If your lucky, as i was the first time, you'll be able to break the nut loose with just the socket. If that doesn't work, take the short 10mm wrench and hold it on the very end of the boxed side. Then line up with the first nut and continue straight over until you hit the other nut and try to loosen it. Like I said, it definitely can be done without taking anything else off the car. The first time I removed it, it took me at least 45 mins to figure it out with the car jacked up. Second time around, I had the fog light out in about 15 mins doing it all by feel. Sorry for such a long post, but I figure it might be worth it. PM me if you have any questions...good luck...
