Few Rockblocker Questions

Hey, im looking into buying some rockblocker film fo rmy fog lights. I was wondering if the install is like installing vinyl where you use soap and water and all that good stuff. if you put it on and take it off is it non resusable? also does the film stretch? since the fog llights are "dome shaped" is it hard to put the film on? (guessing that the film is a flat piece and not contoured). would i need to remove my fog lights to actually put them on or can i leave them on the front fascia? can anyone who have these chime in? thanks in advance. also post your pics! im looking to get the dark smoked tint for my black srt4

install is like vinyl. I think i heard to use baby shampoo with water, but i think i used a little dish soap mixed with water.
